Mark Simons, CPA is the managing member of the LLC. He will also provide all the financial management of the facilities. Mr. Simons has been a CPA for 31 years. He has extensive experience in affordable housing for seniors including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, apartment complexes, and hospital operations. Mr. Simons has filled the role of financial management for over 250 facilities during his 30 + year career, both as an owner and as a contractor of the ownership.

Andrew Hendry is the Director of Operations for the Company. Mr. Hendry was previously the Director of Operations for Preferred Health in of Arizona, as well as the ER Director at Madison County Memorial Hospital and other medical facilities in South Georgia and Florida. Mr. Hendry’s family owned and operated an ALF property in Florida and Mr. Hendry grew up around with exposure to all facets of running an ALF property and working with the elderly.

Dawna Parker is an assisted living facility administrator with over 15 years of experience implementing regulatory compliance and guidelines. Her position with the Company is to manage all of the property administrators. Her experience is in working with facilities to organize the facilities operations, solve operations deficiencies, and raise the stature and rating of the facilities to provide the best customer service whereby improving the facilities efficiencies and occupancy.

Cathy Garrison is the company controller for the Company. Mrs. Garrison has over 30 years experience in accounting and tax support of multiple organizations and has worked with Assisted Living developers, owners, and management companies. Mrs. Garrison’s experience includes working in both public accounting and providing accounting management at private companies. Mrs. Garrison controls all aspect of the accounting and financial operations of each of the managed facilities. She works closely with the operations staff to develop necessary budgets and variance reporting so management can identify areas that require additional attention.
