Our mission is to provide local communities and families the opportunity to have affordable assisted living and senior housing for their loved ones. Our facilities provide a caring highly trained staff in a state licensed comfortable and friendly environment. Our goal is to provide the best and most affordable assisted living. Our senior housing centers can provide better and more personalized care, as we operate smaller (fewer beds) facilities.
Our facilities provide an opportunity for previously established assisted living facilities that we believe were underdeveloped. S&S Senior Housing LLC provides for the needs of those on a more limited budget. Our goal is to provide affordable assisted living for those with Social Security or Medicare assistance. Most of the development today is large facilities that cater to those that can afford $5,000 per month and up. Most of our rates are substantially less. The care that we provide to our residents is equal to or better than the care provided at higher-priced exclusive facilities.
