Burnsville is an existing operating 29-bed facility with a history of very high occupancy. We are acquiring the facility in April 2018 from the owner who wishes to retire. The facility has two additional lots that will allow us to increase revenue by adding housing for independent seniors, and for the future expansion of the assisted living beds Certificate of Need as the State of North Carolina adds beds to the county’s base.
We plan a shallow rehab of the facility to update the interior and freshen the appearance and appeal of this property.
